Through the story of Sam Davis, who tragically lost his life to a one-punch attack in 2008, students explore violence, its impacts, and the attitudes and behaviours that can lead to it.
Through discussion and interactive activities, students look at what respectful relationships are, why they matter and how they apply across the different relationships in their lives.
Exploring what consent means and why it matters in every relationship and part of life.
Recognising when power is used to control others, and what healthy relationships look like.
Exploring how unfair treatment and inequality can fuel harm, and learning to recognise injustice.
Understanding the ripple effects of violence on victims, families, friends and the wider community.
